to Send a Fax |

Use your own Email
address to send faxes.
- Attach the file you would like to send
- Put the recipient's 10-digit fax number as the subject (no spaces or dashes in
between)
- Send the fax to: (username)@m2x.simplifyfax.com
- The sender will receive an email with
a subject: "Your IP Address Needs to be
Verified"

- Please click on the link given in the
email and enter your account's password.
- Fax will be sent.

Download
the Simplifyfax Print-to-Fax driver
that enables your computer to send files
you want to fax directly from the programme
you used to compose the file.
In order to send a fax document, open the file
using your preferred software. Use the Print
command and go to "Printer Options".
Select the "Simplifyfax Printer" and
click on "OK". click

A window appears in which you need to fill
in the fax number of the recipient, the header
of the fax and the Email address on which you
would like to receive the fax confirmation. click
here
Click on "Send" and your fax will
be sent.

Use
the Simplifyfax Online
Control Panel to send and receive
faxes. Access the Control Panel and use the
Fax Wizard to send and receive faxes.
Besides the Fax Wizard, you can use the Online
Control Panel to see an overview of your Fax
Logs, to keep a contact list and to broadcast
your faxes to multiple recipients (max. 5000
numbers). click

How
to Receive a Fax |

| |
You
can receive your faxes in your email inbox. The Simplifyfax
Internet fax system converts all incoming faxes into
either a .pdf, .ps or .tiff file and then sent to your
email inbox as a file attachment. You may also log
into Simplifyfax Control Panel to receive your incoming
faxes. |
